Where to Begin Ordering Custom Drapes,
Curtains or other Home Decor:

First we want to let you know we carry a minimum of 400 fabrics. We fabricate every product on the website including our made to order curtains, shower curtains, bedding and more in any of our 400 fabrics. Don't see a fabric on our site that will work for you? No problem...we make any of our products using your fabric as well (call for labor only prices). All of our prices on the website include fabric and labor (no hidden costs). Standard leadtime is 2-3 weeks, excluding quilted Bedspread, Coverlets and Comforters. Leadtime for those is 6-8 weeks.

Welcome to our website! We have a lot of information on our site and offer many options for you to choose from when designing your own curtains and bedding. If at anytime you have a question, please call or email us. We suggest you start by browsing our pages of curtains, pleated drapes, pillows, shower curtains, custom bedding etc. to find the style that interests you.

If you are looking for a specific valance style or fabric and don't see it, please use our Quick Search feature. This feature works best when you are not too specific. ie: If you are searching for Swavelle Mill Creek Valentina Parchment fabric, just search for ---- valentina.

Our "Window Treatment" section features a broad selection of all of our "rod pocket" style drapes to include valances, rod sleeves, curtains, swag and jabots as well as other rod style top treatments. Also in the Window Treatment section you will find pole swags and jabots, door panels, French door panels, grommet panels, tab top panels, scarf treatments and swag overlay panels.

If you are looking for curtains that are board mounted you will find them in our Custom Board Mounted section. If you have a certain style of custom drapes or other curtains that you don't see on our website, give us a call, there are many products we fabricate that we do not show on our website.

Our site map can be used to help direct you to specific pages also.

Once you have found a curtain style you would like to have made, you will want to choose a fabric from our fabric collection, you can do this two ways, by browsing our fabrics section or you can click on the Available Fabrics link on each product page. We have over 400 fabrics to offer you and many decorative trims that can be applied to the products as well. It's really that easy. If you don't see a fabric of ours you like, we can make any of our products using your fabric as well - just give us a call for labor only prices and yardage required.We then take your specifications and make them into a unique product that you designed. If you need any help at all, please call us. If you would like assistance coordinating fabrics, we can help with that too! We want you to absolutely love your new home fashions as much as we enjoy making them for you. Our consultants will assist any way they can in helping you design your new home fashions.


Production Time:

We will fabricate and ship your products in about 15 business days! If for any reason we are unable to process your order in about 15 business days, such as fabric being on back-order or not having enough in stock, we will contact you via email or phone.


Orders Using Your Own Fabric:

If you do not find a fabric in our inventory that you would like to use, we can use your fabric to make our home decor products including curtains, drapes, bedding, shower curtains ,etc! The fabric must be a decorative fabric measuring at least 54" wide. Please call for pricing and to get yardage requirements. COM orders do not qualify for any sale discounts.


Measurement & Product Notes:

There is a measurement tolerance of 1" more or less in length or width. All products will be patterned matched at seams. Products over 50" in width will have at least one vertical seam as fabric is only 54" wide.

Dry cleaning is recommended for all fabric products.

Please note that curtain rods or medallions are not included with valances, hardware is sold separately.


Satisfaction Guarantee:

Since our products are custom made for you, they are non-returnable. We pride ourselves in making high quality products to your specifications and take all necessary steps to ensure this happens. We will correct any product that has defects in the fabric or workmanship, or for error in the style, fabric or size made by Fashion Window Treatments. We cannot guarantee dye lots. Please contact customer service within 10 days of the shipping date for return authorization at 1-866-444-6818 between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm EST Monday through Friday. We cannot accept any product once it has been used in any manner.


Swatch Orders:

We do offer up to 10 fabric swatches at no charge (one order per household) .  Our free swatch offer is only available to US and Canada residents. Swatches are mailed via USPS.

Special Offer - Order up to 10 swatches free. In order to receive our free swatch offer you will need to make an account and be logged into our website to take advantage of our offer. We reserve the right to refuse any request. One offer per household. Swatches are not eligible for sale discounts.


Clearance Fabric Section:

This section is not eligible for any addtional sale discount, including sitewide sale discounts. Fabrics have limited availability and all sales from this section are final.
